Starting next year, can we start the Spring season in the Spring, so we can minimize playing in freezing temperatures and/or raining conditions like most of the last month or so?

Impossible to start any later than we currently do...we were debating starting earlier. With the amount of wet weather we typically encounter, we have to start late February to ensure we're finished before fields shut down for summer maintenance, resodding, etc. in early June. Invariably we don't finish the Spring Season until the first week of June regardless.

ok what about having all co-ed games on Tuesday night, so they don't interfere with kickball matches on Wednesday?

That would go under impossible to schedule within the aforementioned time frame. Get your manager/coach to be sure to get the game night request in early and just pray...or don't play kickball.
